  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of approval.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
